Health and Fitness is my passion. It is my belief that everyone can improve the quality of their life through improving their fitness.

As a mum of 4, Caroline understands particularly the importance of regaining stamina, fitness and shape after having a baby. Her passion for pilates & fitness means her training sessions are always different, challenging and perfectly tailored to your needs. Whether that is to regain your pre-pregnancy shape after having children, run a marathon or be able to jog around the park, we can help you regain vitality & energy and get you into the best possible shape of your life. We can offer you a range of expertly tailored packages dependant on your requirements.

Every programme can include regular body composition testing (weight/fat measurements so you can see the improvements you are making quickly), biomechanical assessment & exercise prescription, Nutritional guidance & motivational coaching.

Call today to discuss a bespoke training programme or choose from one of 6-12 week packages. Individual one-off sessions or smaller blocks can be booked at £60 per hour. Groups of 4 friends can share sessions too.
